FAQ

Common questions

What is Rambla?

Rambla is a neighborhood commerce app. Independent businesses get a storefront where they share updates, run rewards, and host events, and locals follow the places they care about.

How is Rambla different from social media?

Social media decides what gets seen. On Rambla, when a business posts, the people who follow it see it, with no paid boost and no influencer feeds.

How do rewards work for a business?

You set the reward and how many stamps it takes. When a customer visits, they show their rewards pass in the app and you scan it to issue a stamp or redeem a reward.

How do I earn rewards?

Each business runs its own rewards. When you visit, show your rewards pass in the app and the business scans it to add a stamp.
