Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices of Rambla LLC ("Rambla," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at ramblaclub.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). Any capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings specified in our Terms of Service.
Your Privacy
Rambla follows all applicable legal requirements to protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect information from you, how we may share that information, and how you can limit our sharing of your information. Capitalised terms in this policy are defined in the Definitions section below.
Definitions
"Non-Personal Information" is information that is not personally identifiable to you and that we automatically collect when you access our Platform. It may also include publicly available information that is shared between you and others.
"Personally Identifiable Information" is non-public information that is personally identifiable to you, obtained so that we may provide you with access to our Platform, create your account, and connect you with merchants and offers relevant to you. Personally Identifiable Information may include your name, email address, location, and other related information you provide to us or that we obtain about you.
Information We Collect
Generally, you control the amount and type of information you provide to us when using our Platform.
As a visitor, you can browse our website to learn about Rambla without providing any Personally Identifiable Information.
As a local user of our mobile application, you are required to provide certain Personally Identifiable Information — such as your name and email address — to create an account, follow merchants, earn rewards, and access member-only offers.
As a merchant, you are required to provide business and contact information to create and manage your storefront, publish updates and events, and reach your customers through the Platform.
All Personally Identifiable Information is stored on servers located in the United States.
Computer Information Collected
When you use our Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information through the interaction of your mobile device or web browser with our systems. Such information is typically considered Non-Personal Information.
Cookies
Our marketing website does not currently use cookies. We do not set tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and no cookie consent banner is shown because none is required. If we introduce cookies in the future, this policy will be updated before any cookies are set.
Automatic Information
We automatically receive standard technical information from your web browser or mobile device, such as your browser type, operating system, and the page that referred you to our site. This information is used solely for platform operation and security purposes. We do not currently use third-party analytics services on our marketing website. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to identify the services used and how you can opt out.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we receive from you for the following purposes:
Providing and Improving the Platform
We use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate the Platform, fulfil your requests, process transactions, send service communications, and improve our features and user experience.
Personalisation
We may use the information you provide, along with technical information we collect, to personalise your experience — including surfacing relevant merchants, offers, events, and rewards near you.
Sharing with Merchants and Affiliates
We will not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to any third party. We will not share your information for any purpose that a reasonable person in your position would not expect.
If you choose to follow a merchant, join their loyalty programme, or redeem an offer through the Platform, we will share the necessary Personally Identifiable Information with that merchant so they can deliver the offer or service to you.
We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with service providers who support the operation of our Platform (such as hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics platforms). These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations limiting further use.
If you request that we not use your information in a particular manner, we will adopt all reasonable measures to honour that request.
Data Aggregation
We retain the right to collect and use Non-Personal Information from your use of the Platform and to aggregate such data for internal analytics, platform improvements, and reporting. At no time is your Personally Identifiable Information included in such aggregations.
Legally Required Releases of Information
We may be legally required to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information if such disclosure is: (a) required by subpoena, law, or other legal process; (b) necessary to assist law enforcement or government enforcement agencies; (c) necessary to investigate violations of or enforce our Terms of Service; (d) necessary to protect us from legal claims from third parties; or (e) necessary to protect the legal rights, property, or personal safety of Rambla LLC, our users, employees, or affiliates.
How to Access and Control Your Information
You have the right to request a copy of your Personally Identifiable Information, request its deletion, or object to its use. All requests can be submitted by emailing support@ramblaclub.com with your full name and the email address registered to your account. Please send requests from the email you used to register.
Request a copy of your information
Once we receive and process your request, we will send your information in a standard text file to your registered email address.
Request deletion of your Personally Identifiable Information
Once we receive and process your deletion request, we will deactivate your account and remove your Personally Identifiable Information from our servers. Deletion is permanent — you will no longer be able to use the Platform or retrieve any data associated with your account.
Request to deactivate your account
You may request to deactivate your account without deleting your information. A deactivated account means you can no longer log in or use the Platform, but your data remains on file and your account can be reactivated at your request.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions permitted by law.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale
Rambla does not sell your personal information. If this practice ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism before doing so.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your rights.
How to Submit a CCPA Request
To submit a verifiable consumer request, email us at support@ramblaclub.com with your full name and registered email address. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf — the agent must provide written permission signed by you.
Data Retention
We retain Personally Identifiable Information for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so — for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymise it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because information is stored in backup archives), we will securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
Links to Other Websites
Our Platform may contain links to websites not under our control. Those websites may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We have no responsibility for linked websites and provide such links solely for convenience. Accessing linked websites is at your own risk and they are not subject to this Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we may notify you via email, through the Platform, or by posting a notice on our website. We will also update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective as of the Last Updated date and replace any prior versions. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
